Refund Policy

Because every t-shirt is printed on demand specifically for you, we generally cannot offer refunds for a correct order once production has started. This page needs a final policy decision before launch — the outline below is a starting point.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or meaningfully different from what you ordered (wrong size, wrong colour, printing error), we will offer a reprint or a refund. Contact us with photos of the issue within a reasonable window of delivery.

Change of mind

Because each shirt is custom-printed with your artwork, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins. Once an order has been sent to our print partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Additional generations

Payments for additional character generations are for the generation attempt itself and are non-refundable once the character has been generated.
